The Menu
Three courses, done properly: consulting day, architecture concept, landing page. Prices are listed because I hate having to ask for them myself. For everything else, I'll honestly point you to someone who does it.
-
A second opinion on a quote, a code review before you take over a project, a technical check before ISO 27001 or NIS2. Result in writing, the next working day.
What's included
- A preliminary call, so the day isn't spent on questions
- One day of work, at your place or remote
- A written recommendation, two or three pages, that you can forward as is
What's not
- Implementation (that's a separate job)
- Sugar-coating
Time and price
- One day
- Half a day on request, €850
- If it turns into an architecture concept within a month, half the day is already paid for
-
Before anyone writes the first line: a rough concept for the quote, data model, interfaces, a plan in stages. Buildable for developers, readable for management.
What's included
- Two workshops with the people who'll build it later
- Diagrams that still make sense printed out
- An effort estimate with a range instead of a wishful number
- One round of revisions
What's not
- The implementation itself
- A guarantee that it'll be your favourite framework
Time and price
- Two to four weeks
- Fixed price per concept
-
One page that says what you do and how to reach you. Plus legal notice and privacy policy, done. You maintain it yourself, and the manual for that is shorter than this menu.
What's included
- Your copy, knocked into shape by me
- A design that fits you, not the agency
- Static, hosted in Frankfurt, no cookie banner, because there's nothing that would need one
- Handover with a manual
What's not
- Copy out of thin air (you deliver the raw text)
- Logo and photos (I can put you in touch)
- Embedded videos and maps from third parties
- More pages, a CMS, a shop (possible, but that's a separate quote)
Time and price
- One to two weeks
- Fixed price
Sides
- Care plan, half an hour a month, cancel any month€69/month
- Consulting day this week€1,800
- On-site visit in Baden and Viennaincluded
- Travel time, if it's further awayhalf the day rate
- Coffeeon the house
No VAT is added, for now (small business exemption). Where it says “from”, it's a guide. The real price comes after a conversation, in writing, before anyone starts.
From the Workshop
On the side I build tools for a topic that keeps me busy all the time: compliance. Not because it's fun. But because with the right tools it hurts a lot less.
- AttestFlow Read receipts for policies in Confluence. Who has read and acknowledged which version? For the audit, an export instead of a scavenger hunt. Beta Have a look
- ClassMark Confidentiality levels for Confluence pages. With defaults per space, warnings about wrong permissions and a report for the audit. In progress Have a look
- Risk Register The risk register for your ISMS right in Confluence and Jira, instead of in a spreadsheet that only gets opened before the audit. Idea Have a look
Questions I get a lot
- Do you do WordPress too?If it has to be. But I'll tell you beforehand why you probably don't need it.
- Agency or one-man show? One man. You talk to the person who builds it. If it gets bigger, I bring in people I've known for years, and tell you beforehand who.
- How fast can it go?A reply by the next working day at the latest. Small projects within a few weeks. Next free start for a bigger project: January 2027.
- What happens to my data?Your site loads nothing from third parties. No cookies, no tracking, no Google fonts. Compliance by default.
- Do I own everything afterwards?Yes. Code, domain and hosting run in your name. If we ever stop, you take everything with you.
- Why Hansl?Because someone has to. And because I like the hat.
Let's talk.
Write me what it's about. A few sentences are enough, I'll ask anyway. Reply by the next working day at the latest.
